Grow With Me Osteopathy is a boutique pediatric practice in San Diego, California, specializing in breastfeeding* medicine for postpartum mothers and newborns.
We believe every family deserves a physician who treats the whole person — not just the symptoms. Our goal is to bring osteopathic medicine’s gentle, hands-on approach to the moments in life that matter most: birth, infancy, and early childhood.

Kimberly Wolf, D.O.

Dr. Kimberly Wolf is a board-certified pediatrician and one of the country’s leading experts in pediatric osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT). She is also board-certified in Breastfeeding and Lactation Medicine — a rare combination that allows her to offer uniquely integrated care to growing families.
Dr. Wolf lives in El Cajon with her husband and 3 children. She loves rainbows, sunshine, the beach, and going all out with decorations and themed food for holidays. Dr. Wolf knew she wanted to be a pediatrician at 4 years old when she began practicing medicine with her dolls. Her favorite children’s book is “Hug Machine” and she loves listening to 20 Trucks songs in the car with her kiddos. When she is not working with patients, conducting medical research, or teaching, you can find Dr. Wolf curled up with a good book at the beach.
